It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kaye R. Clever of Williamsport, Maryland, who passed away on January 23, 2026, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur D. Raines, Sr. and Calledith M. Raines (Reeder); her husband Carl L. Clever; her son Gary Clever; her siblings, Rev. William Raines, Charles Raines, Larry Raines, Arthur Raines, Jr., Josephine Socks, Laura Raines and Linda Vance; her half-sister Ellen Layton; and her mother-in-law Bertha Clever.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly Fogle (Albert) of Boonsboro, MD, Penny Muir of Hagerstown, MD and Kristi Shank (Michael) of Williamsport, MD; her daughter-in-law Deanna Clever of Sharpsburg, MD; her brother-in-law Keith Clever (Rebecca); her siblings, Robert Raines (Jane), June Raines, Judy Raines, Cynthia Raines and Joy Guessford; her grandchildren, Ashley Mason (Jacob), Marquis Hedrick (Caleb), Cheyenne Eyler (Hunter), Cassandra Muir, Carli Thompson (William) and Shane Clever; her sister Jenna Shank; and her great grandchildren, Drew, Aubree, Camden, Dawson, Callen and Mallori. She is also survived by family.
