He was predeceased by: his parents, Obern Milton Ditto and Julia Mae Carbaugh (Sweigert); his son Drew Allen Carbaugh; his grandson Arthur Drew Carbaugh; and his brothers, Kenneth Carbaugh and Roy Edward Carbaugh.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Elizabeth Carbaugh (Shifflet); his son Trent Lee Carbaugh (Debra) of Hagerstown, MD; and his grandchildren, Owen Moon Carbaugh (Grace) and Alexandria I. Cipriano.
