He is survived by: his wife Deborah Mulkey; his son Louis Henry Mulkey, Jr.; his grandchildren, Logan Ryan Mulkey and Charlotte Paige Mulkey; his niece Becky Griffith (Pam); and his nephews, Scott Griffith (Holly) and Jim Griffith (Judy).
