She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Edward and Sarah Jane McCauley (Timmons); her husband Charles Wesley Palmer; and her siblings, Marie Jackson, Leona Byers, Frances Barnhart, John E. McCauley, Jack L. McCauley, Sonny McCauley, Paul S. McCauley, Carl McCauley and Sam McCauley.
She is survived by: her children, Diana L. Goetz (David) of Keedysville, MD and Tom Palmer (Cathy) of Williamsport, MD; and her grandchildren, Elizabeth Bright (Sam), Gina Stascavage, Jeffrey Riggs, Lacey Nave (Hunter), Tommy Palmer (Brett) and Tyler Palmer (Cassie). She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
