She was predeceased by: her parents, James Raymond and Mary Beatrice Munday (McGoye); her husband Walter H. Rizer, Sr.; and her brother James Raymond Mundy, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Walter H. Rizer, Jr. (Laura) of Brunswick, MD, James Brian Rizer (Betsy) and Christina Susan Koons (Craig) of Williamsport, MD; her grandchildren, Craig Robert Koons (Meghan), Aaron Walter Koons (Georgette), Abigail Marie Koons, Kathryn Mary Rizer, Sarah Jean Rizer, Jacoby Walter Rizer and Evan Gerard Rizer; and her great grandchild Juliette Iris Koons.
