He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Daniel and Nina Glendola Gay (McGowen); his wife Dorothy Virginia "Tootsie" Gay (Johnson); and his siblings, Millie Ault, Herbert Gay, Merle Gay and Page Gay.
He is survived by: his sons, Denny Ingram (Pam) of Dargan, MD and Steve Ingram (Shannon) of Dargan, MD; and his grandchildren, Steve Ingram (Kelly), Jennifer Gullace (Tim), Beefie Ingram (Amanda), Brittany Ingram (Evan) and Kelly Shoop (Troy). He is also survived by many great grandchildren; many great great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A reception will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Osborne Funeral Home (425 S Conococheague St, Williamsport, MD 21795).
