Trent (Berta); her grandchildren, Joshua, Kristin, Kelly, Emily, Abby, Evan and Adam; her great grandchild Easton; and her siblings, Vernon, Judy and Linda.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Salem Reformed Church (13182 Salem Church Rd, Hagerstown, MD 21740). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Patricia's honor to a charity of your choice, reflecting her lifelong belief in dedication, integrity, faith, and caring for others.
