With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Philip Allen Teach of Williamsport, Maryland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 31, 2025 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Lee Teach and Pearl Lorraine Williamson Smith; his stepmother Thelma Delauter; his sister-in-law MaryeRita Zombro; and his daughter-in-law Jennifer Hamilton.
He is survived by: his wife Roberta Jean "Berta" Teach (McElfish); his children, Elizabeth Ann Brant (Todd) of Clear Spring, MD, Jessica Irene Mowbray (Scott) of Williamsport, MD and Benajmin Scott Teach (Sarah) of Athens, GA; his stepchildren, Melissa Mae Miller (Clark) of Greencastle, PA and Shad Linwood Hamilton of Hagerstown, MD; his sister Patricia Ann Shank (Greg) of Williamsport, MD; his half-brother Doug Delauter of Williamsport, MD; his grandchildren, Zak Keller (Hallie), Jared Brant (Erin), Jacob Brant, Michael Keller, Wyatt Harnish (Abby), Maggie Keller (D'Andre), Turner Teach, Brent Mowbray and Lindsey Aaron (Ryan); his great grandchildren, Harper Brant, Saylor Brant, Jax Brant, Rhett Aaron and Boone Aaron; and his niece Velvet Shirley of Downsville, MD..
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Osborne Funeral Home (425 S Conococheague St, Williamsport, MD 21795). A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
