Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Richard Eugene leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Denver Kretzer and Ilda Kretzer (Rummel); and his siblings, Betty and Donald. He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Kretzer (Martin); and his children, Deborah Williams (Earl), Richard Kretzer, Jr., Thomas Barber (Letti) and Jill Bernhisel White. He is also survived by two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Rest Haven Cemetery (1601 Pennsylvania Ave, Hagerstown, MD 21742).
