He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis L. Miller and Arlene L.; his wife Kathy V. Miller; his brother Robert J. Miller; and his stepfather Wallace Mason.
He is survived by: his children, Rickey E. Miller, Jr. (Tonya) of Hagerstown, MD and Stacy M. Hornbaker (Eric) of Mercersburg, PA; his grandchildren, Brittany Diamond (Karim), Sierra Hann (Brandon), Alexis Miller, Brandon Miller, Gabrielle Miller, Jarret Hornbaker and Hunter Miller; and his great grandchildren, Oaklenn, Cooper, Emery and Lennox. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
