He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Mand and Marie Baker Mand. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Gabriel; and his sisters, Doreen Schmidt (Donald Wisenauer) of Glen Burnie, MD, Donna Ziegenhein (Paul Ordakowski) of Millersville, MD and Sandra Mahon (Wakefield Mahon) of Aberdeen, MD. He is also survived by his family and friends.
