He was predeceased by: his father Dr. George Waxter. He is survived by: his girlfriend Carolyn Harbaugh Cable; his mother Sandra Harvey Brown; his stepmother Peggy Waxter; his sister Tracy W. Solomon (Jim); his nieces and nephews, Zachary, Nick and Rosalynn; his brother Scott H. Waxter (Ruth); his nieces and nephews, Grant, Quinn and Bryce; and his aunt Anne Trilly. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
