He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Leonard, (Goode) and Vincent Anthony Leonard, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Paulette; his children, Christopher, Shannon, Michael (Jennifer) and Kevin (Kory); and his grandchildren, Madison, Ryan, Mason, Mackenzie, Teagan and Zachary.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Going Home Cremation and Funeral Care - Rockville (170 Rollins Ave, Rockville, MD 20852).
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the Chesapeake Bay Foundation in his honor.
