He was predeceased by: his parents, Green Green and Martha Krenzer Green; and his siblings, Larry Green, Linda Green and Kim Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Glenna M. Green; and his siblings, Debbie Hurley, AB Green, Jeff Green, Jill Hurley and Kelly Jackson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
