He is survived by: his daughter Ashley Payne (Joe); his granddaughter Nicole of Ohio; his stepdaughter Ashley Unger (Dan); his grandchildren, Maddie, Chase, Cash and Jackson of Maryland; his stepdaughter Rachel Brown of Florida; and his siblings, Robert Marshall of Maryland and Michelle Marshall of Maryland. He is also survived by four nieces, one nephew, and one great-niece.
