He is survived by: his wife Hye Yong Collins; his children, Hayley Young Collins and Dr. Gary Lynn Collins Jr. (Natalie Belew); his siblings, James Dean Kelley, David Kelley (Pat), Kathy Collins and Cindy Collins; his nieces, Vickie Josey (Charlie), Debbie Ledbetter (Richard), Kim Byrd (Ray) and Cynthia Kelley; and his nephew Alan Kelley (Lindsey). He is also survived by 29 Great Nieces and Nephews, and 8 Great-great Nieces and Nephews.
