He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Sr. and Pearl. He is survived by: his brother James (Suzie); his wife Jeannine; his children, Lauren and Scott; his children-in-law, Jim and Margaret; his grandchildren, Ryan and Shelby; and his nieces and nephews, Todd, Tracey and Chris.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Tom's name to Talbot Hospice (586 Cynwood Dr. Easton, MD 21601), Friends of Blackwater (PO Box 1231 Cambridge, MD 21613) or Baywater Animal Shelter (4930 Bucktown Rd, Cambridge, MD 21613).
