He was predeceased by : his parents, Arthur E. Blake, Sr. and Helen Hummer Blake; and his brother Douglas A. Blake. He is survived by : his siblings, Elyse Allen (Dan), Pam Wolfe, Diane Schank (Harold), Allison Struble (Bob) and Andrew Blake; his wife Virginia Golden Blake; his sons, Davey (Caitlin) and Mikey (Kelly); and his grandchildren, Parker, Presley, Julia and JoJo.
