She was predeceased by: her parents, Lula "Greenwood" Meekins and Merritt Minner Meekins; her husband George Austin Hurtt; and her siblings, Harvey Greenwood (Ann), Rebecca Gary (Arthur), George Meekins (Ann), Anna Scott (Earl) and Blanche Scott (Norman).
She is survived by: her daughter Lulu Anna.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Fellows Family Funeral Home (370 Cypress St, Millington, MD 21651). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
