John L. Wright Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 9, 2024, at the age of 84, John L. Wright of Worton, Maryland, born in Chestertown, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, John Malmsbury Wright and Alice Kennedy Wright; his daughter Kimberly Ann Glazier; his stepson Mark A. Lusby; and his brothers, Wayne Morris Wright and David Richard Wright.
He is survived by : his wife Jean Lusby Wright of Worton, MD; his son John Michael Wright (Lorena) of Chestertown, MD; his brother Allan K. Wright of Tucson, AZ; his stepdaughters, Sharon Redding (Steve) of Galena, MD and Donna Ingram (Scott) of Chestertown, MD; his grandchildren, David, Amanda and Nicole; and his stepgrandchildren, Brett, Lindsay, Lyle, Ben, Adam, Scott, Aaron, Casey, Jay, Caitlin and Ryan. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren and 13 step-great-grandchildren.
Before the pandemic hit in 2020, he had begun working in real estate with Doug Ashley and Hogans.
