He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Smart and Betty Smart (Donnelly); and his brothers, Paul and Marvin (Butch). He is survived by: his wife Christine Smart; his children, Stacey Smart (Ryan Liepe) and David Smart; his grandchildren, Austin, Dominic Pagnozzi, Shayne and Leah Smart; his great grandchildren, Isabella and Tommy Pagnozzi; and his brother John Smart.
