It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel G. Hilton of Acton, Maine, who passed away on January 24, 2026, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Gavel and Ida Gavel (Orser); her grandson Nicholas Clifton; her son-in-law John Clifton; and her siblings, Vaughn Gavel, Wayne Gavel, Galen Gavel and Alta Gavel.
She is survived by: her children, Robin Clifton of Acton and Bradley Hilton (Martha) of Newington; her grandchildren, Jeanne, Giulliano, Alex, David, Katie, Serah, Abbie, Ashley and Justin; and her great grandchildren, Richard, Peyton, Mateo, Ava, Otto, Carmen and Kiara. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
