He is survived by: his wife Joan Lepage (Cote); and his children, James (Debbie), Mike (Jennifer), Lynn Fitzpatrick, Sally Arsenault (Dick) and David (Leslie). He is also survived by grandchildren and soon-to-be 18 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Charles's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
