He was predeceased by : his parents, Lucretia Lozis and Bernard Lozis; and his son Luke Lozis. He is survived by : his son Adam; his daughter-in-law Jamie Lozis; his daughter Allie Cullen; his siblings, Scott Lozis and Linda Lozis; his former life partner Kristine Wilson; and his niece Kate Lozis.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, a donation could be made to The Hospice House in Jim's name.
