She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard I Nelson and Ann V Nelson (McCarthy); her husband David E. Webb Sr.; and her sisters, Margaret Nelson and Elaine Provost.
She is survived by: her children, Diana E. Soiett, Heidi R. Webb, Rebecca M. Gagnon (Gil), David E. Webb Jr. (Monica) and Shawn N. Webb (Mary); her grandchildren, Shane Soiett (Erica), Joshua Psykira (Jessica Sirkin), Kasey Gagnon (Nick Giberti), Kilton, Ireland Webb, Alex, Aidan Webb, Destiny, Jake and Devynn Gagnon; and her great grandchildren, Theo, Breanna, Addison Soiett, Kai and Tao Giberti.
In lieu of flowers her wish was for donations to be made to the Cancer Society of Maine and the Greater Androscoggin Humane Society.
