We are sad to announce that on July 3, 2023, at the age of 82, John L Carrigan of Auburn, Maine, born in Boston, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, John Carrigan and Edith Carrigan (Christiansen); his brother Kevin Carrigan; and his stepson Donald Fortin. He is survived by : his wife Theresa Carrigan of Auburn; his son Matthew Carrigan (Ginger) of Steamboat Springs, CO; his stepsons, Daniel Fortin (Julie) of Hendersonville, NC and Anthony Fortin (Kathy) of Naples, ME; his siblings, Annie Higgins, Edie Mahoney (Larry), Erna Donahue, Steven Carrigan (Debra), Kathleen Riley (J. R.), Mark Carrigan (Loretta), Christine Adams (Eddy) and Wayne Carrigan (Jane); and his sister-in-law Lorraine Carrigan. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
