She is survived by : her children, John Higgins (Michelle) and Kathy Jarboe (Bill); her grandchildren, Derek (Sierra), Randi Higgins and Will Jarboe (Justine); and her great grandchildren, Alexa, Emily Jarboe and Landon Higgins.
