It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Murdoch Kenneth Morrison (Auburn, Maine), born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 25, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Murdoch Angus'Dick' and Mary Morrison (MacLeod); his wife Joan'Sam'Morrison of Canterbury; his children, Murdoch Keith Morrison (NC), Bess Ann Morrison (NH) and Dori Jean Moran (OR); his foster son Dave Lloyd Lohr (NH); his grandchildren, Jake, Mack Morrison, Devlin McPherson, Autumn Moran, Samantha and Barbara Lohr; his sister-in-law Carol Faye Morrison (CA); his niece Heather Edlund; and his nephews, Lloyd and Todd Morrison.

He also worked as a research scientist for the Michigan Cancer Foundation in conjunction with WSU.
