He was predeceased by: his parent Clare MacKenzie (Claire Marie Croteau); his former wife Kazue Yoshida; and his brother Lee MacKenzie. He is survived by: his wife Cyndi of Lewiston; his stepchildren, Thomas Yerrick of Lewiston and Ashley Kalloch; his son-in-law Jon; and his children, Abbie, Sam and Emily. He is also survived by his three nieces and their spouses.
