He was predeceased by: his father Richard Ouellette. He is survived by: his mother Helene Ouellette; his wife Kim Ouellette; his sons, Travis, Troy and Trent Ouellette; his daughters-in-law, Danielle and Sydney; his brothers, Jerry and Mark Ouellette; and his sisters-in-law, Heather and Theresa Ouellette. He is also survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.
