He was predeceased by: his parents, Fernand Ayotte Sr. and Martha Ayotte; his brothers, John Ayotte and Fernand Ayotte Jr.; his niece Christy Ayotte; and his great-nephew Anthony Ayotte (Tony).
He is survived by: his wife Beth; his daughters, Kim Teehan (Jim) and Trena Dubois (Dave); his stepchildren, Charlie Lacasse and Julie Lacasse-Kreamer; his grandchildren, Stephanie and Matthew; and his great grandchildren, Cambria, Cole and Lennon.
