She was predeceased by: her father Dr. Jose Castellanos; her sister Marianne F. Castellanos; and her pet Snowball. She is survived by: her mother Doris Castellanos; her children, Jessica Maldonado (Jose Maldonado, Jr.), Michelle Doherty (Josh), Steve Arnette (Ariel) and Melody Hill (Vince); and her sister Lisa Castellanos. She is also survived by six grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Annette M. Berlan, age 69, died Saturday, September 6, 2025 at the Andwell Hospice House in Auburn, Maine following a long battle with Alzheimer's/dementia.
