He is survived by: his children, April Fortin, Amanda Fortin and Thomas Fortin; his grandchildren, Lilly Nicholas, Aven Nicholas and Gemma Fortin-Shaw; his brothers, Tim Fortin (Cathy Isbister), Raymond Fortin Jr. (Paula Allen) and Randy Fortin (Laura); his aunt Sylvia Douin (Dominique); and his cousin Sandra Murphy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
