He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter C. Picard and Sadie Picard (Saucier). He is survived by: his wife Sandra Picard; his children, Stacie O'Brien, Thomas Picard, Arionna and Toni Churchill (Picard); his grandchildren, Haleigh and Korbyn; his great grandchild Renee; and his sisters, Ann and Gloria.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Augusta VFW Post 887 (509 Leighton Rd, Augusta, ME 04330).
