She was predeceased by: her parents, Elisabeth Lavigne and Nelson Sr. Lavigne; and her brother Kenneth Lavigne. She is survived by: her son Danny Lavigne (Anna); her grandchildren, Easton and Ellie; and her siblings, Kathleen Ayer (David), Judith Denham (Jim), Nelson Jr. (Sherry), David (Penny) and Neil (Raquel). She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that support be given to the Winthrop or Augusta food banks.
