He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcus Mahlon Parsons and Maxine Penney Reed; his brother James Hugh Parsons Sr.; and his son Dana Robin Parsons Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine; his pet Taylor; his daughter Cathy Willard; his son-in-law David Willard; his grandchildren, Winter Parsons, Robin O'Neil, Tyler Parsons and David Willard Jr.; and his brother Marcus Mahlon Parsons (Diana). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
