He was predeceased by: his parents, Denis Bechard and Virginia Bechard (Stanwood); his wife Alca; his sister Harriet Shufeldt; and his girlfriend Alvine Creamer.
He is survived by: his children, Corey (Heidi Bechard) of Winthrop, ME, Stephen (Patti Bechard) of Sherman, ME, Michael (Karen Bechard) of Pittston, ME and Michelle (June Hoover) of Concord, NC; and his grandchildren, Pearl, Ahmik, Celina, Maggie and Kaylee (Andrew). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
