He is survived by: his children, Frank, Francois L Arbour Jr. (Carrie Moore) of Palermo, ME, Paul J Arbour (Becca) of Hermon Maine, Ralph S. Arbour (Val) of Augusta, ME, Jimmy Arbour (Angie) of Madison and Dorothy Lapointe (Mark) of Windsor, ME. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
