He was predeceased by: his parents, Roe Palmer and Wilma Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Pam; his sons, Rowe (Sharon Palmer) and Levi (Michelle Palmer); and his sister Georgie Gurney. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
