He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilmont E. Talbot and Arvella McIntyre Talbot; and his sister Elaine Burks. He is survived by: his wife Anita J. Cummings of Portland; his daughters, Sharon Renee Verloo (Koert Verloo), Rachel Talbot Ross (Dawud Ummah), Regina Phillips (Walter Phillips) and Robin Talbot (Greg Long); his grandchildren, Wellington Verloo, Dennis Ross, Walter Phillips, Nicholas Phillips (Becky), Kelsey Phillips and Monica Thomas (Sam); and his siblings, Beverly Talbot Scott, Robert E. Talbot and Elizabeth A. Talbot. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
