We are sad to announce that on January 1, 2021, Glenn Adams Jr. of Augusta, Maine, born in Woodbury, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Jay Adams Sr. and Dorothy Adams (Schuler); and his sister Marilynne Dos Reis of Greenbelt. He is survived by: his wife Betty of Augusta; his son Glenn John Adams (Heather); his grandchildren, Hannah of Oakland, Leah of Oakland, Reed of Oakland and Noah of Oakland; his children, Paul Marshall Adams of Augusta and Elizabeth Adams (Warner Cook) of Austin, Texas.; and his siblings, Vicki Smith (Marty Friel), Rosemary Adams of Woodbury, Julie Colella (Vinnie) of Sicklerville and Patrick Adams of Sanatoga. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Services will follow restrictions in effect because of the pandemic, with arrangements by Plummer Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Kennebec Historical Society, 107 Winthrop St., Augusta, Maine 04330 or the American Red Cross at redcross.org.
