He was predeceased by: his parents, William G. Pepper and Edith M. Pepper (Chapman); his wife Priscilla Pepper; his daughters, Cynthia M. Pepper-Morin and Hilda R. Duplessis; his granddaughter Katherine Spiller; and his siblings, George, Mildred, Ruth, Donald, Ethel and Kenny.
He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth A. Pepper of Belgrade, William "Billy" Pepper (Becky) of Fayette, David E. Pepper, Leslie M. Pepper (Kerry) and Amy L. Faucher (Jeff); and his son-in-law Dickie of Belgrade. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, twenty-three great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
