It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gregoire D'Auteuil (Augusta, Maine), who passed away on March 15, 2026, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Gregoire had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Gregoire may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ena D'Auteuil and Florence D'Auteuil (Albert); and his wife Linda J. D'Auteuil (Roy). He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Naborowsky (Jeff) of Ladson, SC and Shelly Simpson (Carlo Paratore) of Saco; his siblings, Albert D'Auteuil (Mary) of Sidney and Ann d'Auteuil Bartolo (Ernie) of Morgantown, WV; and his grandchildren, Abigail J. Folsom (Francis) of Augusta, Tyler J. Simpson of Augusta and Cameron G. Naborowsky of Ladson, SC.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
