He is survived by: his children, Starr L. Lemelin of Augusta, Travis Lemelin of Mt. Vernon and John McElmurry of Augusta; and his siblings, Randy Lemelin of Sidney, Cecile Studley of Sidney and Cheyenne Joslyn of Sidney. He is also survived by five grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
