He was predeceased by: his parents, Halden Smith and Lois Smith (Shorey); and his nephew Ryan. He is survived by: his wife Beth Sandra Corey-Smith; his siblings, Kim, Barbie, Andy, Halda, Hazen, Kyle, Frank and Vaughn; and his children, Jamie, Jessica, Elyzabeth and Thaddius. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
