He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Michaud and Yvonne Michaud; his son Bruce Michaud; and his sister-in-law Carolyn Michaud. He is survived by: his wife Norma Varney; his daughters, Brenda Michaud and Kathy Purington; his son-in-law Bill Purington; his grandchildren, William Purington II (Ashley), Monica Grohne, Kendra Soboleski, Blake Soboleski and Jocelyn Rice; his great grandchildren, William Purington III and Wesley Sherry; and his brothers, Gene Michaud and Charles Michaud (Valeda).
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Augusta Country Club.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Jim's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
