She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo F. Dunn, Sr. and Margaret Buckley Dunn (Cunningham); her husband John W. Briggs; and her siblings, Leo F. Dunn, Jr., Mary Dunn McLaughlin, Margaret Dunn Russell, Edward P. Dunn, David L. Dunn and Ellen Dunn Guerette.
She is survived by: her daughter Ellen Briggs of Westbrook; her grandson Michael Hartmann; her son-in-law Arvin Hartmann; her siblings, Katherine D. Perry and William J. Dunn, Sr.; and her close friend Janice Murphy Gray. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, May 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Plummer Funeral Home - Augusta (16 Pleasant St, Augusta, ME 04330). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church (41 Western Ave, Augusta, ME 04330).
