He was predeceased by: his mother Frances Murphy. He is survived by: his wife Inez M. Murphy (Davidson) of Augusta; his daughters, Jan Murphy (Bruce) of Augusta and Colleen Murphy (Marc) of Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Dustin, Joshua, Luke, Elizabeth and Daniel.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 2:30 PM and from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Togus Va Chapel (1 VA Ctr, Augusta, ME 04330).
