Laurette Samson Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laurette Samson (Augusta, Maine), who passed away on March 14, 2026, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Euclide Turmelle and Therese Turmelle (Laprise); and her daughter Leigh Samson (Laurette). She is survived by: her husband Gerard Samson; her daughters, Laureen Driscoll (John), Lisa Samson (Erik Nedeau) and Lynn Brann (Scott); her grandchildren, Zachary Driscoll (Brittni), Joseph Driscoll (Reigina), Mathew Driscoll (KayDee), Nolen Brann, Ella Brann and Ryan Samson; and her great grandchildren, Andrew Driscoll and Daniel Driscoll.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Laurette's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
