He was predeceased by: his parents, G. Alexis Ouellette and Lucy Ouellette (Godbout); and his brothers, Robert Ouellette and Gerald Vincent Ouellette. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Joan Ouellette; his nephews, Richard Ouellette (Sue) and Thomas Ouellette (Denise); his niece Jean Willey (Brian); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Vanessa Ouellette (Xiao Lee), Sarah Kalagher (John), Alexis Ouellette and Andrew Ouellette. He is also survived by friends and neighbors.
